Why can't computers post blogs themselves?

I have an app on my phone that shares "Zen Quotes" with me. I found this one interesting - Computers are useless. They can only provide solutions. What I did realize is how important it is for us humans to focus on what we are good at! Asking questions - because rest of the jobs will be mechanized / automated eventually.

Computers can today (and perhaps for the last 15 years) correct our spellings, also check grammar, translate text from one language to another. But it can still not write blogs. Not even a "Hello to you too" to the "Hello World" post. And this is what made me conclude was art and literature and religion (and hopefully sport's) contribution to the civilization. While engineering and science and management and commerce were mandated to run the world, none of them ever would help us ask the right questions. They would only provide solutions.

I am not left with a choice today but to believe in the existence of a Creator / Superpower / God. He created this world for us "lifeforms". Did not tell us why we were created, but set us on a mission to solve life's mysteries. We spent awful lot of time and energy in finding answers to several of them. And to our credit did pretty well except in the field of Dreams, Death, Investment Banking and Women.

Now we have Created "artificial intelligence" (Software / Applications / Programs / Technology / Algorithms ... call it whatever .... but lets call them "apps"!). These apps will continue to do wonderful things for us, they will be initially generated and deleted by us lifeforms, eventually they will generate more of themselves, proceed on to start taking up tougher and tougher challenges on themselves, but never ever figure out why they came into existence. All they would do is do their best - at solving challenges assigned to them. Provide solutions - else face extinction.

Keep asking questions - that's why you have been installed for.

Why does the world need another blogger?

The world apparently changed after the printing press was invented. Europe continued to dominate the world for centuries together, and perhaps it has to be something around their ability to share ideas effectively. India around the same time did offer great poets and thought leaders to the world - but somehow none of that translated in bringing our subcontinent to next level of socially equitable progress. Now, after 571 years of Gutenburg's engineering genius - it was time for me to make a start, and take my baby steps.

On a less profound note, after 31 years on planet earth I felt it was important to make a debut on the online world. Not as a consumer, but as a supplier as well. The world does not need my ideas yet, the internet definitely does not have marginal utility for another blog - but perhaps there is no harm. After all, I am putting my thoughts on sale, with 25% off.

When I have something smart to say, the sale would be off.
